just came back not too long ago from a evening jog!
uber tired but refreshed!
jogged & strolled arnd yishun with my doggie for 1 hr plus..
took so long cos it rained heavily halfway
we were both soaking wet by the time we found shelter hahah
there was a white stray dog roaming arnd there..
so scary.. cos i was afraid it might harm my dog
kept looking at us..
my whole body is aching but i deserve it!
din exercise for dunno how many months le..
have to prepare myself for upcoming adventure camps!
must buck up le! no more couch potato rebekah!
